All products sold by IMSOFLAWLESSHAIR LLC are made with 100% human hair, unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of human hair products, variations in texture, color, length, and density may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

IMSOFLAWLESSHAIR LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, excessive heat, chemical processing, or failure to follow provided care instructions.

Lace & Color Disclaimer

Lace types (Transparent or HD lace) are designed to blend with various skin tones. Final appearance may vary based on installation technique, skin tone, lighting, and customization methods.

Natural-colored units may have slight undertones. This is normal and does not affect quality.

Coloring & Customization Policy

All wigs are provided in natural color, unless otherwise specified.

1. Units can be professionally colored up to shade #27.

2. A licensed professional should perform all coloring, bleaching, toning, or chemical processing.

3. Lifting beyond #27 or improper chemical use may result in irreversible damage.

4. IMSOFLAWLESSHAIR LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by coloring or chemical alterations after purchase.

5. Once a unit has been altered, colored, cut, or customized, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with evidence, including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery verification. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

Product Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of all hair products. IMSOFLAWLESSHAIR LLC is not liable for product damage resulting from improper washing, styling, heat use, chemical processing, or storage.
